BEFORE anyone cries plagiarism, Celestial Envoy Issun -> [link] is also by yours truly. I had to remake it for the competition because:
1) It uses disallowed copyrighted images 2) It's too small Treat this as the competition version of Celestial Envoy Issun  So I vectored in everything and used the given image of Ammy. Actually I wanted to count the layers (because this is the first time photoshop is actually lagging due to the LARGE amount of layers) but I'm too sleepy to do that now. Added in the string and sakura petals. I actually prefer this version because the scroll pattern looks more glossy and pretty  Plus I put in more effort to vector the brush so it looks more like the brush in the game (the one at the beginning, not Ammy's tail).The only thing I don't like is Issun. Looks too cartoon. I think I should just leave him out actually.....opinions?? EDIT: blurred some stuff to make it more blended in... And now that I'm not so sleepy, I've counted the layers: 87 layers and a canvas 3300 x 2550 pixels...O.o no wonder photoshop was lagging so bad this time... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
